Delete account

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent.

Delete in the app

• Open Hubi and sign in.

• Go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account and confirm.

If you cannot use the app

• Email info@hubiiapp.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “Delete my account”.

• After we verify it is you, your account is deleted within 30 days and we let you know.

What is deleted

• Your profile, photos, hobbies, location, posts and comments, connections and invites, and device / notification records are deleted right away.

• Messages you sent are deleted; chats are closed for the other person.

• Records we must keep by law (e.g. moderation decisions, traffic logs) are kept for the period stated in the Privacy Policy and then deleted.
